BISA 2013: Rushed paper, poor conference facilities

BISA 2013– or rather the British International Studies Association 2013 Conference. In a short summary–average conference facilities and poor location. Yeah well, it’s Broad Street, but I would never hold a conference where you have to walk to different hotels for different panels. And all the “good” panels are lumped on the same time period so you can only attend one each time slot or just the one you are a paper panelist are presenting.

Plus, no food provided (unlike OCIS or IPEG Birmingham 2012) and no free wifi (we are academics!!!).

Still, come and view my rather rushed and not so completed paper here–just search for my name. Comments are welome–drop a line to this blog’s email or JXL682 [at] bham[dot]ac[dot]uk.

Thanks.
